Show Friday, May 31, 1957 TIIE WESTERN MINERAL SURVEY Legal Notices pose of considering and voting upon the question as to whether Elaterite Basin Uranium Company, Baggs Uranium Corp., Lucky Star Uranium Company and Walters Uranium Corporation should sell and transfer their property and assets to Sun Uranium Mining Company in exchange of Sun Uranium Mining Company stock in accordance with the terms approved and recommended by the Boards of Directors, and if such sale is approved to subsequently dissolve said corporations and distribute the stock received from said sale to the stockholders, and for the purpose of considering and acting upon any and all matters that may be properly brought before the meeting.
