Thieblot, president of Thieblot Aircraft Co., Inc., of Bethesda, Md., Vitro has contracted to acquire the majority interest in the latter company. Previously Vitro has held a sizeable minority interest. Vitro will exchange 51,000 shares of its authorized but unissued common stock for 204,000 shares of the common stock of Thiebolt Aircraft, which represents the holdings of Thieblot and others.
