Bench although several parsons whoM names evidently had not been signed by them wars contacted and they refused to testify against tha persons who had signed other namea than their own. But when Zee Whittaker returned on St. Patrick's Day to Provo, Mr. Bench Immediately and readily obtained an affidavit from him proving that the signature on tho petition had been forged.
