Show Jt Friday, February 2, 1940 UTAH VALLEY NEWS JUNIOR RIFLE CLUB ORGANIZED IN PROVO The first organized Junior Civilian Rifle dub to be chartered in Utah has been approved by the National Rifle association which this week notified the Provo Post, IS, American Legion Junior Rifle dub that their application for a charter has been approved In the nemr two groups, one at S:I0 p. m. to 7:10 p. m. on Tuesdays and they will be coached by William Jaussi and Pat Stsward. The other group will shoot on Wednesdays at 1:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. and they will be under supervision of W. R. Rita. The Dixon Junior high group wlU shoot on Wednesday at 0:10 p. m. to 7:10 p. m. and they will be under tbe supervision of F, R. N'swell. The Lincoln high will shoot on Thursdays from 0:00 p. m. to 7:10 p. m. and they will be supervised by Elmer II. Smith. It Is axpeeted that the various schools will have plenty of competition with each other and with other high schools throughout the 8tate.
