Pronounced dead on arrival at Salt Lake General hospital was a man tentatively identified as John Lytle Gaskill, 64, of Austin, Texas. He was formerly from Twin Falls, Idaho. Investigating officers said the accident resulted apparently when Mr. Poulos, who was crossed into the left lane to avoid colliding with the westbound car traveling in the wrong lane. Mrs. Poulos is survived by her husband; one son, Glenn Bruyn, Kearns; three grandchildren, and six brothers and sisters, Ezra Lar son, Junius Larson, Leo Nelson, Walter Nelson and Mrs. Hannah Pearson, all of Preston, Idaho, and Mrs. Floretta Ames, Granger.
