Several instances have been reported to the deputies of youngsters hanging out windows, waving their arms around, so that following traffic did not know whether signals to turn were being made or not. In a recent case reported to the sheriffs office, one baby fell out of his parents' car while it was traveling, and the parents went on, unaware their child was gone until a motorist back of them saw the child fall out, stopped, picked up the small youngster and caught up with the parents car, asking them if the young one belonged to them. Several incidents have also been reported to the sheriffs office of youngsters attempting to sit on cars as they stop at the bottom of streets. Parents are also asked to caution their children of the danger of such practices. of Downey, California, are pupil-- , lar Mjnj visitors this week, gue;'i Lt the homes of rel.e.ives and frienJs.
