NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF GRANITE SCHOOL DISTRICT SALT LAKE COUNTY. STATE OF UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a apecial election will be held in Granite School District, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on the 25th day of January, 1955, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voter who have paid a property tax within said district, during the year next preceding election, the following question, to wit: Shall the Board of Education of Granite School District, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in the amount of Four Million Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($4,317,-000.0in denominations of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) each, numbered (1) to four thousand three hundred seventeen (4,317), both inclusive, the bonds to bear interest at a rate of not to exceed per annum and to mature in numerical order on January 1, Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) in each of the years 1956 to 1959, both inclusive, One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) in each of the years I960 and 1961, One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) in the year 1962, Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars (800,000.00) in each of the years 1963 to 1965, both inclusive, and Six Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Dollars ($652,000.00) in' the year 1966, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building or pur 0) Hilda H.
