Thuisduy, April 22, 1954 for the furnishing of ail labor, materials, transportat.on and services for the construction of a gymnasium and swimming pool at the Cyprus High Srliool, Magna, Utah. Bids will be publicly open-tv- ! in the office '? the Board of Education of Granite School District at 3212 South State Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, at 7:30 p. m. Thursday, Apr.l 22, 1954. The right is reserved Ly the Board of Education and the Magna City Council to reject any and all proposals. A certified ur cashier's check or bid bond of nut less than five per cent of th-- i amount of the bid, drawn payable to the order of the Board of Educ.iion of Granite School District siull accompany the bid. Thai check or bid bond of the accepted bidder shall be forfeited in case he fails to enter into the contract or furnish the performance bond required. The work called for is separated into three (3) contracts, namely: General Contract, Plumbing, Heating and Ventilating Contract, and Electrical Contract. Detailed instructions, plans and specifications and proposal blanks are on file in the office of Lorenzo S. Young, Architect, 826 Continental Bank Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding. A deposit of $30.00 will be required to guarantee return of said plans.
