Show Garfield Leader, Garfield, Utah Friday, August 28, 1953 Frank Klekat Claim Lovely Mitt Vangie Chaff ot A Bride In beautiful nuptials solemnthe Greek Orthodox Church, lovely Miss Vangie Chaffos, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris N. Chaffos, 2475 5th East, Salt Lake City, became the bride of Frank Klekas, son of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Klekas of ized Lite Sunday in Magna. Rev. Antonios Kalogeropouku officiated during the ceremony, which was followed by a reception in the New house HotcL Imported Gown The charming bride chose an imported nylon tulle and Chantilly lace gown with bouffant skirt which fell into a chapel train. Tiny see pearls accented the scalloped lace crown which held a fingertip veil of illusion and she carried a bouquet of stephanotis and orchids over a bible. Light blue Chantilly lace over nylon tulle gowns, ballerina length, were worn by the bride's attendants, Mrs. Arthur Greenberg of Hollywood, California, matron of honor; Miss Toula Kan-nemaid of honor; Mrs. Gus Klekas, attending matron. Miss Maverakis and Miss Chris-athi- s Ginoulis, bridesmaids. They wore tiny lace caps with seed pearl trim and carried bouquets s, V v - y f- of pink rosebuds with an orchid center. Little Pamela Greenberg was the flower girl. Standing as best man for the benedict was Art Flangas. Ushering were Mike Leventis, Gus Klekas; Lieutenant Lou Chaffos. George Papanikolas, Nick Chaffos, Mike Klekas and Bill Klekas. Michael Klekas was ring bearer. A full length gown of mauve lace and chiffon was worn by Mrs. Chaffoa while Mrs. Klekas chose pale green chiffon. Both wore orchid corsages. The groom is a graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake. The newlyweds left later on a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas and Southern California, and upon their return will make their home in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Honoring the bride-elec- t, Mark Klekas and Mrs. Gus Klekas entertained at a kitchen shower recently at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Klekas. Twenty-five guests attended the prettily planned affair. Garfield News Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Worth-e- n visited at the home of Mr. Worthens grandmother, Mrs. C. W. Evers and an aunt. Mis. Ruth Andrus, enroute to Los Angeles, California, where Mr. Wjrthen was released August 1st from the armed forces and plans to be employed by the New York Life Insurance Company in California. Klekas, and Mr. and Mrs. Tony Mageras, in Magna and other relatives and friends in this vicinity.
