To date, Mardi has collected $135 plus food and from local beverages businessmen and individuals. This will supplement the $100 donated by the city for the affair. The bill of fare includes hot dogs, potato chips, ice cream, and beverages of varied composition. ARTS SCHEDULE The Water Resources Board has approved a $150,000 interest-fre- e loan to Park City for the competition of the Judge Tunnel Water Project. Repayment of the loan will begin in December of 1975 at the rate of $30,000 per year. This will necessitate an increase of two dollars in individual monthly water bills. The water fee will be $5 per month which is one dollar below the state average.
