Knowledge (of course you have to drop the K) G - Group support E - Enthusiasm NOW that the 2nd annual Federal Womens Week is over let's take a look at ourselves and the women around us and realize that the time for recognizing women as more than is baby making machines due. Women can past perform and will perform well if given the opportunity. We mast keep this thought in mind: the Federal womens program is not designed to force women out of their homes and put them in the workforce. It is designed to give those women already in the workforce and those desiring to join the workforce the opportunity to develop themselves and achieve if they are trained and qualified. The concept of equal pay for equal work is generally accepted by everyone. Now we simply mast allow women to work in whichever field their interest lies (clerical, engineerlaborer, medical , ing, and even have a chance ever) to supervise if they wish. Yes, Federal Womens Week is over. Now we will all resume our daily routines, but lets keep in mind that everyone black and men, women, white - are all individuals and are all deserving of the opportunity for recognition of those things which they are capable of doing. Women can do many things in the professional world and can do them well . . . now all we need is a chance to prove ourselves. -- . Roby Takes SOQ Honors SP4 Cl airborne B.
