Entries should be in English a.id must be no more than 50 spaces in length, counting the spaces between words. As an example The CB Surety Program needs your cooperation. This slogan has 45 spaces. Entries are to lie submitted mi two sheets of white bond paper, 814 by 1014. One sheet will contain only the typed slogan. The second sheet will in- clude the typed slogan and the name, position title, organization and address of the contestant. The entries are to be submitted to the Deseret Test Center Information Office Attention: CB (STEPD-CS-IO(S)- Surety ); Program Slogan Contest. There the two sheets will be given like numbers and then separated. The judging will lie based on the sheet carrying the slogan only. There is no limit cm the numlier cif entries which may be submitted by a individual during the contest which closes 15. However, each entry should lie submitted separately in accordance with the d format. When they are received, each entry will be marked by the DTC Information Officer to indicate the date of receipt. In the case of duplicate entries, only, those with the earliest date will he considered by the judges.
