Ciblxins retired Friday, January 31 after thirty-on- e years of government service. A native of Lewiston, Idaho, where she attended schools, Mrs. Ciblxms entered government service with the Social Security Board in Baltimore, Maryland in 1937. Early in 1942 she trans- ferred to the War Department with duty in Alexandria, Va., Gravelly Point and the Pentagon. Relocated in High Point, North Carolina in 1943, when the government moved various offices out of the Washington area. AFTER TI1E war, Mrs. moved with the agency to St. latuis where she worked with military records as assistant section chief in Demobilized Personnel Records Branch. She accepted employment at Dugway Proving Ground in 1951. Since that time she has held positions in the Comptrollers Office as Management Analyst, Manpower Control Officer and Chief Review and Analysis Division. As additional duty Mrs. Gililxins has liecn Post Historian Officer from January 1938 to June 1998. During her service at Dugway she served on various committees including the Installation Training Committee, Correspondence Review Board, and Community Services Committee. Was custodian of the Civilian Welfare Fund, and Post Restaurant Fund from June 1995 until retirement. WITH THE merger of Deseret Test Center and Dugway Proving Ground in July 1998 Mrs. Gilliams was reassigned to Fort Cili-Imii- is Scp-temli- cr Douglas. She is the wife of T. Kollo Gilliams, also an employee of Deseret Test Center. They have a home in Tiaielc where they have resided since 1939. Her retirement plans include time with her various families which now includes 20 grandchildren. Mrs. Janet Htailey. id so at Dugway is a daughter.
