Hart's Draw Deer Hunt Called Off Hunters Utahs last scheduled deer hunt of the notice speseason, the five-dacial two deer hunt on the Harts Draw area in San Juan County, will be refunded their permit money according to Harold S. Crane, director of the department of fish and game and the chairman of Utah's five man Board of Big Game Control. The hunt, scheduled originally for 500 two deer special permits is being called off for two major reasons, Crane said. Primary reason for cancelling the hunt has been weather. snow has fallen in the area to make travel difficult but the usual severe storms which are needed to push the deer into the area have been lacking. Second factor considered by the Board in cancelling the hunt was the apparent lack of popularity among hunters. Only 50 of the allocated 500 permits were sold. y Fern resident Ilolladay St. Clair Nielson, 60, 1911 Orchard Dr. (3610 South), died at her home Wednesday, Dec. 20, 5:30 a.m. of a coropafy occlusion.
