For leadership Cabinet officials, Senators and Congressmen 'will address this months session of the Young Republican Leadership Training School, it was announced today in the January, 1958 issues of the Young Republican News. Among the GOP officials scheduled to be on hand as faculty members at the School are: Secretary of Agriculture Benson, Secretary of Labor Mitchell, Secretary of the Interior Seaton and Secretary of Commerce Weeks, along with Senators Capehart (Ind.), Goldwater (Ariz.), Morton : - DAVIS SLATES MASS MEETING FED. 7-F- 21 ED. Davis County Republican chair--. men have designated Feb. 7, at the date that mass meetings will be held through the 40 districts in the county. According to Dale Peak, chairman of Davis County, it is expected the county commissioners may extend more districts because of the population uptrend. The district mass meetings will be followed by a County mass meeting on Feb. 21, at the Davis County Courthouse in Farming-ton- , according to Mr. Peak. Purpose of the mass meetings is for the selection of new officers for each district; election of members to the County Central Committee and the nomination of delegates to County and State Conventions. The five day gathering, beginning January 27th, will conclude on the evening of Friday, January 31, with a Graduation Banquet.? The Banquet will commemorate Chairman Alcorns first anniversary in his post as head of the GOP National Committee. Director of this months session is Robert Williams of Kokomo, Indiana, administrative assistant to Congressman Williams John Beamer, was also director of the Schools initial session in January, 1956.
