Campaign techniques and programs for the rest of 1956 will sesbe discussed in the half-da1 sion starting at pm. Sherman B. Lowe, chairman of the Salt Lake County Republicans, will speak to the Utah delegates following the general at 1 pm. directing the workshop program are Harold Madsen and Theral Nielsen. According to Miss Sheehan, the state officers will then conduct intensive workshop meetings with representatives from the county. Each state officer heads a standing committee. The State leader will instruct county officials on methods and techniques followed by a general discussion meeting.
