Show enterprise! 9 DOROTHY? BOUGHT A FARM TODAY. I New corporations YOU WHAT!! Henry! You don't Know a rutabaga from a radish. You're just a Salt Lake City boy who made good here. What do you want with a farm? Now dear, I dont mean just for farming. It's ten acres of rolling foothills near Lake Point. Okay, so eight acres of it is in alfalfa. Don't horses eat that stuff? And I'm told there is some great Chuckar shooting right on the property. Horses? What horses? Henry, has something happened at the office? Well actually yes. We are so confounded busy that never have a minute to myself. I've got to get away, and that's why bought the farm. It already has a small house, access to well water although city water is due in June, and theyve run a new sewer line right near the house so we can shut down the septic tank. Oh... there are water rights to twelve acre feet, whatever that is. I'm assured it is more than ample for real farming if we want to acreage, or even get our own hired hand. And water for our own fresh vegetable garden and a fruit orchard. Remember how great everything tasted fresh from the garden? Com! Two minutes from picking to pot! I I two-bedroo-m sub-lea- se didn't buy if for a farm, bought it for my sanity, and as an investment for the kids. Besides, it's only about an hour from the office. Imagine. Fresh air, rolling hills, seclusion. And a chance to do some writing, work the soil if we want to, ride when we want. ..and you could put on some of the greatest private sunset patio parties ever... that is if you wanted anyone to know where we got those great suntans on long weekends. Besides, Dorothy, as farmland there are certain possible tax advantages that could make it pay for itself while we enjoy it. like that part already. Dorothy, I I I Oh, Henry! Could we call it Dorothy's Deja Vu"? feel as I if seen I'd it in my dreams. What an opportunity, and perhaps your ticket to freedom. Call Reed Palmer. 968-901- 4 LOOKING FOR A MINI COMPUTER?
