Show .the ENTERPRISE Omnewtronics sees out of court settlement The Utah Attorney General's office has filed suit a Nevada based maker and marketer of an automobile gasoline conservation system for questionable business practices. The action seeks to enjoin and restrain Omnewtronics and its marketing arm, Flex Marketing, from engaging in "illegal acts." But according to Lonny Schmidt, marketing director for the company, the suit may never get to court. Omnewtronics has discussed an out of court settlement with the AGs office, he said. "We are in the process of working out a settlement involving either an escrow account or a complete refund of all money to dealers in Utah," said Schmidt. The attorney representing Utah in the settlement negotiations was identified by Schmidt as Mike Martinez. Martinez was unavailable for comment. consumer and deceptive transactions.
