Kesler pans $35 million housing The Kesler Co. expects to begin construction of about $35 million in new residential housing in the Granger and Draper areas in March, Dene Kcslcr, president of the firm, told the Enterprise. The larger of the two developments, Pleasant Valley, will be comprised of 400 single-famil- y dwellings on 104 acres at 6400 W. 3100 So. Kcslcr will be contractor for i" 7 the project, which will feature solar heating units provided by Solar Energy Systems, Inc. y The and split level homes will range from $40,000 to $60,000, Kesler said. The project should take two years to complete. First Security Bank is providing construction and long-terfinancing for Pleasant Valley and Kesler s second development, a luxury one-stor- m home project at 13800 So. 1300 E. The homes in the second project will range from $70,000 to $100,000, Kesler explained, and will also include the option of solar heating. Both projects will be under construction simultaneously. Kesler said the homes will be an assortment of brick veneer, cedar and aluminum siding. In two separate complaints filed in federal district court, Allen Archery Inc. claimed infringment against Browning Manufacturing Co. of Morgan and Bingham Pro jects, Inc. of Ogden (along with Elmont L. and Joyce M. Bingham). The action against Browning also alleges failure to pay agreed-upo- n patent royalities. Both suits seek royalties, an injunction to stop infringment, and accounting of damages, and treble damages as a result of willfulness of the infringement.
