A should be suspicious of credit card fraud. Tips like these will high- light a series of seminars to be offered free to merchants, beginning next week. Stressing practical application, the course will be available to managers and employees of retail establishments. It will feature specialists in credit card fraud and shop-- , lifting, and will include films, lectures, tests and a diploma for those who complete the course. The first seminar will be held at the Hotel Utah September 16, 21 and 23 from 8:00 to 9:30. The second will be held at Cottonwood Mall on September 28, 29, and 30. Three others will be held in March. Sponsored by the Utah Committee for the series has been organized by Bill Worthlin of Salt Lake School District Adult Education. July 1975 phone 973-245- Hospital Corporation of America, a hospital development company from Nashville, Tenn., is building a new hospital in Bountiful. The new Lake View Hospital will open its doors Sept. 19, to 69 patients now being cared for at the South Davis The four-stor- y Hospital. Lake View structure is being built by J. M. Rogers Construction Co., Nashville. Hospital Corp. recently completed a 50 bed hospital in Brigham City and is managing hospitals in Price, Utah and Caldwell, Idaho. The company has built or manages hospitals throughout the U.S. The Bountiful hospital will accommodate 128 patients. 0 76 The hospital, under construction at 603 East Medical Dr., is a four story building made to expand to seven floors. The old South Davis Hospital, just west of the new building, will be used as a nursing home. William Moore, hospital administrator for the old South Davis and new Lake View Hospitals, said the new hospital was funded privately by Hospital Corporation without any federal funds. |
