In a discussion entitled, "Building an Effective Farm Bureau", Mr. Long will examine principles of sound organization for farm groups and their business affiliates. The former Tennessee farm executive will point out the relationships of some of the newer marketing affiliates established by Farm Bureau and their management and control functions. O. R. Leonard Johnson, AFBF Assistant Director of the National Resources Division, will be the guest speaker in a session on Natural Resources with special emphasis on grazing Issues and water resources. Also to be honored during the special session will be county presidents whose counties have achieved 1969 quota. Each of these presidents will receive a gold colored vest from President Hamilton.
