Add sugar, salt and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add flour enough to make a soft dough. (Dough may be a little sticky.) Cover and allow to rise for 5 to 6 hours. Turn onto floured bread board and knead a very few times, just enough to make the dough handle easily. The dough will be very soft Divide dough in half. Roll each half in a circle about 16 inches in diameter and v inch thick. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Cut pie fashion into 16 pieces and roll each piece loosely from large end to small. Rolls may seem flat at this point because they've been rolled so loosely, but as they rise they will fill out. Place on buttered baking sheet, not too close together. Allow to rise for 5 or 6 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 32 rolls. I especially like this recipe. I mix them up about 11:30 or 12 at night if I am preparing a big dinner because you roll then) out the first thing in the morning and then they are out of the way. 3 POLYNESIAN SUNDAY Dilute cream of mushroom soup with milk to make gravy.
