Show .V Ok 1U I lime1 Time is often cast as a villain in today's fast paced society. Time should not an portray enemy but a friend. A consistent companion that, indeed, is available twenty-fou- r hours a day. Time never takes anything from us, but continually offers new material for a historic quilt. Every day Time starts again. Although we can never invite Time to return or e Time, we do have the memories Time leaves. Day after day Time awards, us a new slate completely void of yesterdays mistakes, hasty words, sorrows. With a new slate we have a chance to ask for and receive forgiveness, comfort the sorrowful, spread joy. tv SI UN SCHOLES AND CAROL LEE SORENSON SCHOLES -SORENSON Mr. and Mrs. Glen Sorenson, of Independence, Utah, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Carol Lee to Sidney L. Scholes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kay Scholes, of Smithfield. Carol is a graduate of Union High School and Seminary, in Roosevelt, and has graduated from Utah Technical College, in Salt Lake Gty, in Cosmetology, and also from the UTC LDS Institute. She is now employed at Wes's House of Beauty in Salt Lake. Sidney is a graduate of Ay View High School and Seminary. He has attended Utah State University and is now Time does not judge our actions. Time challenges us with the same amount of hours, minutes, seconds every day to dc with what we choose. When we complain, We are running out of time, or Were having a race with the clock, " or, We just dont have the Time," we have failed to put our objective in the proper perspective. It is virtually impossible to run out ot time. Time has been, is now, will be forever. Time keeps ticking away, second after second whether we stay in bed or greet the day with a zest for living. Time never stands still. It doesnt wait for anyone. It never races. It never goes faster or slower, it is eternally monitored in the same manner. Like most friends, we depend on it. We prescribe Time to heal a wound, curt a grieving heart, to forget. When we admit we don't have Time to listen to a childs, prayer; be with our families more than a few hours a week; look at a sunset after a summers storm; smell a rose kissed by early morning dew then, indeed, how do we use Time?
