Gubler creation, raises a question of bclicvability. Under the careful eye and within the skillfull hands of the Amalga resident bulky pieces of wood come alive in the forms of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, prehistoric dinosaurs in an ancient Noah and his setting, and ' animals. The Snow White figures and their setting occupied over 19,700 hours or more than nine years of Mr. Gubler's time. The creations are carved from Alabama yellow poplar, the figures are all one piece with the exception of a dead tree in the center of thi His second creation, a display of dinosaurs and other prehistoric mammals lire presently in St. George. The scene portrays dinosaurs from Southern Utah in a prehistoric setting with imitation vegetation, a smoking volcano and red tinged mountains familiar to that area. NOAH IS THE first of many figures completed in Gublers collection of Noah, his Ark and the many animals. Noah seems perplexed as he gazes down at the possum family.
