Married for nearly 63 years, this petite homemaker certainly doesnt look or act her age. At 86, she still, sings and writes pvtry that has been widely received by civic and church groups. She and her husband have been actively engaged in church activities throughout their lives. Aside from serving on the Relief Society stake board in Bannock, Idaho, she has served as a visiting teacher for over 50 1 2 2 34 1 1 1 t 1 J years. 4 Her 43 grandchildren, 56 and two great-gregrandchildren thoroughly enjoy her crocheting talents. Her dressers and closets are packed with afghans and bootees she generously gives them. Ive cooked for a long time, Elsie said. Also during the weekend, Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Spackman and children of Magna were visitors in their home. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Rasmussen of Paul, Idaho spent overnight with Mrs. Hedvig Bingham last week. They came to Attend a funeral in Clarkston. Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Andrew are happy over the arrival of a four pound baby boy, born last week in the Igan hospital. This is the first child for this young couple. Helena Andrew and The Willard Pitcher family entertained a group of elderly people at Preston with a musical program on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Hale visited Sunday with their daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Marven spent a week vacationing in Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Ferris Chambers are happy grandparents of a son, Brian George, son of Mr. and Mrs. Junior Chambers of Smith-fielThis is their first grandchild. Misses Rae Ann and Iva Jean Pilcher took a trip to Price, Utah Monday and Tuesday with the Sky View Symphony Orchestra to participate in a musical performance at Carbon College. Miss Paula Jensen attended the FHA Slate Convention from Sky View last week, held at Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. W. V. Con-nar- v of Trenton made a trip Saturday to Pocatello and Blackfoot, Idaho, with their Mr. daughter and and Mrs. Maurice Harding of Salmon, Idaho. They have been spending a few days with them.
