Show THE CITIZEN April 23, 1970 Family Reunion Honors Man On 88th Birthday The family of Henry C. At- kinson met April 11 at the Treasuretnn ward church house to hold a family reunion and to honor their father on his 88th birthday, which was April 12. There were 76 in attendance. A ham dinner was served. A meeting and program was held with group singing, several musical numbers and stories given by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Some family relics were shown. After the program a birthday cake was served. Mr. Atkinson homesteaded the ranch in 19C4 at Treasure-to- n and built a log house for Mr. and Mrs. Otto Peterson of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. James Cottle of Falrview visited with a sister, Mrs. Leona Peterson and son of Preston, Gives Prizes Prizes were awarded recently at the drawing held at the Carpet House (Dockstad-e- r where they had a family Construction Company). Both Mr. and Mrs. Atkinson were diligent church workers. They moved to Franklin Ida., in 1976 where they made their home since. His wife died in 1948. The family enjoys returning to the home and town where they were raised and where Mr. Atkinsons Von still lives on the ranch. A happy day was enjoyed.
