Show 1 I - THE CITIZEN March Primary Hosts Group To Luau 19, 1979 Woman Feted Recently On 89lh Birthday BANIDA Coming to visit over the weekend with Mrs. Reda Allen on her 80th birthday anniversary Sunday were Mrs. Carina Mineer and daughter Karen of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Allen of Honey ville, Mr. and Mrs. Preston Allen of Soda Springs, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Georgeson of Pocatello and Howard Young of Thatcher. Members of the Fred L. Gregersen family came Saturday to have a family dinner in honor of members having birthdays in March. They were Mr. and Mrs. William Sparks and family of Brigham City, Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Sparks and boys of Salt lake and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Jensen of Logan. The Relief Society had an anniversary dinner at the ward hall Saturday in com memoration of the founding Mrs. of the organization. Virgil Geddes, Gwen Gregersen and Eva Lynn Casperson and Anna Swann were in charge of the dinner, which was served to 15 members, their partners, and guests. A cake decorated by Mrs. Josephine Geddes held the center of attention. Three tables were decorated with floral arrangements by Mrs. Lenna Lowe. Mrs. Coy Manning entertained with vocal numbers from popular musicals. Ernest Gregersen went to Ashton Saturday on business. They also visited in Pingree with Mr. and Mrs. Lee Greg ersen and family. Jack Geddes wrecked his car last Tuesday evening when he hit some loose gravel west of Banida. The Primary program was presented Sunday evening under the direction of Mrs. Karla Cattani, president, and other officers. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Briscoe and family ol Rigby spent the weekend in Banida visiting with Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Swann Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Dairies of Brigham City came Sunday to get her father, Reuben Lowe, who will stay with them for awhile. Mr. and Mrs. Demont Bell left Monday morning for Wyoming where he will be employed. The lesson, Development Through Homemaking Education, was given by Marian Bair, counselor. Quilting, mod podge, painting, flower making and handwork were enjoyed. Luncheon was served by Connie Bunn, Stella Hatch, Lovenia Dcbson, Caroline Schofield, Nellie Bouvier and Jeanne Johnson.
