"Chronic felons are going to learn they can't get bonded out of the morgue." A year ago any police chief uttering such a decree would have been summarily sus pended and promptly remov ed. Randy Passey of Montpelier and Bonnie Wayler of Ohio and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Keller of Preston enjoyed a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Keller. They were guests of Vickie and Gary Keller Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Percy Keller went to Salt Lake Thursday to visit their daughter, Mrs. Sam Almond, who is ill.
