Lewis, deputy county atorney, who will join the staff of Third District Attorney Jay E. Banks. County Atty. Grover A. Giles announced appointment of Richard S. Shepherd as a fulltime deputy attorney at $650 per month. He had been working part time at $380 monthly in the criminal division. Warren M.
