Show Kamas News Carrie Lee Davis, daughter of Tom and Leila Davis underwent throat surgery Nov. 3 in the Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City. Carrie is doing well and will be in the hospital for three weeks from admitting day. She should be home soon after Thanksgiving. The Kamas Rhodes Valley Relief Society had a very enjoyable work day when LaWana Lewis and Linda Wilde of Coalville came to supervise in the decorating of Ginger Bread houses for Christmas. The ladies also were to bring Christmas ideas for gifts and recipes. The Valleyetts meeting was held at the home of Bonnie McCormick while she and Sandra Atkinson hosted. There were 15 members present. Joe McGregor from Woodland came and demonstrated some sketching and showed some of her beautiful oil paintings. She then gave her story of how she became interested in art. The Christmas meeting will be held Dec. 14 with La Rue and Ora as the hostesses. It will be held at Oras home. Steve and Linda Jones have left us to move closer toSteves work. They have bought them a very nice trailer and are now living in Mountain View, Wyoming. They left Sunday.
