Stallings to celebrate his 80th birthday. Mr. Stallings was born April 4, 1888 in Lavan, Utah. He was an early resident of the Upton-Coalvi- lle area, moving to Idaho a few years after the turn of the century. He was among the settle the Burley tract first to in Idaho.
