U.S. News and World Re- port, March 16, 1970 reports the following results of Kunts-ler'- s recent speaking engagements elsewhere: Spoke at Northwestern University on February 19th. Afterward a roving mob did more than $20,000 damage to stores in the local community. Appeared at University Of California . County Commission Wayne L. Carlson has ' announced his candidacy for the office of Salt Lake County Commissioner.
