Show You are hereby notified that there will be a hearing before the Honorable Peter F. Leary, one of the Judges of the District Court of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, in his court room, in the Courts Building, at 240 East 4th South. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Mon day, the 17th day of February, 1975, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., to determine whether said minor child has been in fact deserted by her natural father, William Earl Linnell, and whether the said natural father of said minor should be judiciously deprived of all rights of custody of said minor child, and whether the exclusive custody thereof should be granted to the petitioner herein.
