Supply that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting today passed two resolutions proposing amendments to its Articles of Incorporation for approval of its shareholders at a special meeting called for that purpose: 1. Thomas Greene, president of a Salt Lake City law firm, has been chairman of the American Bar Association's Special Committee on Environmental Law. The committee conducts special projects in areas of particular environmental importance, such as a recent study of industrial siting and land development. It also provides leadership in coordinating efforts of the ABA's 17 separate environmental law committees. Greene is chairman of the ABA Section of General Practice Committee on Environment. He also was a member of the section council. He is a director of the American Judicature Society and is chairman of the Utah State Bar Judiciary Committee. Greene, was president of the Utah State Bar in 1970-7- 1 and served as president of the Utah Bar Foundation in 1971-7While continuing his law practice, he was assistant United States attorney for Utah from 1957 to 1959, and since 1968 has served intermittently as a special state assistant attorney general 4.
