Turner Enterprises titled "In Re: Glenn W. Turner En terprises Litigation, MDL Docket No. 109, Western District of Pennsylbania, Attorney General Vernon B. Rom- ney reported that his ofice has learned that some progress has been made in the bankruptcy proceedings of Koscot Interplanetary in the Bankruptcy Court in Florida. Koscot Interplanetary was one of the first companies formed by Florida promoter Glenn W. Turner. The proposed plan was accompanied by instructions from the court regarding filing proofs of claim by creditors who wish to par- ticipate in uny final settlement made by Koscot. Special Form The instructions from the court were mainly concerned with the fact, that creditors who wishes to participate in any final settlement must file the proof of claimm with the Bankruptcy Court.. A proof of claim is a special form used by the Bankruptcy Court and must be filed, along with , supporting documents, befoore a creditor can participate in any money, recovery. Such forms are available from the Bankruptcy Court in Utah, which is located in the. Post Office Building, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Creditors must also vote whether to accept or reject Koscot's proposed plan. If a creditor merely mails hiis proof df claim form to the court, the court has said that this would be construed as a rejection of the proposed plan In order to accept Koscot's plan, a creditor must file the proof of claim, together with a written acceptance of the plan executed before a notary public.
