Show October 6, 1967 THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER Relief Society enjoys social The Eureka Ward Relief Society held their opening social Tuesday, October 3, at 12:30 in the church. A buffet luncheon was served to 36 members attending. Tables were attractively decorated in autumn colors. Officers and class leaders were introduced for the new season. A program followed the nicely arranged luncheon as follows: a film was shown through the courtesy of Earlean Gear, which showed Alaska and Hawaii and the narration accompanying the film was given by Grace Chatwin. Several accordion numbers were rendered by Alice Fox and enjoyed by all. A tribute was given the visiting teachers by Norma Jame- Tintic High School, and the groom is a graduate of Rock Springs High School, and served four years in the U.S. Marines. Family members here for the wedding and reception were Mr .and Mrs. LeMar Lester Mr. and Mrs. Jerry R. Martin, nee Carolee Rose, who were and son and daughter, Craig married Friday evening at Eureka LDS Ward Church. The double ring ceremony was performed at 6 p.m. with Bishop Denton Bartschi officiating. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Miss Susan Sanderson played the prelude and postlude music. For her wedding the lovely young bride wore a gown of white silk embroidered organza and lace. The bodice featured a batteau neckline, small cap sleeves, and a white satin bow on the front of the empire waisline. The back detail featured small self covered buttons and she wore lace gloves. h The gown swept into a chapel train and her veil of illusion was held with a small crown of seed pearls nd rhinestongs. She carried a bouquet of white feathered carnations edged in blue. Miss Carol Ann Webb, her only attendant, was maid of honor and she wore a blue satin dress, with lace coat, and her headdress was a blue veil. Her corsage was blue and white feathered carnations.
