Show Universal Microf lining Corp. 141 Plerpont Ave. Salt Lake City 1, Utah LDS Church Sunday evening services at the Eureka LDS Ward were conducted by Dwain Garbctt and the music was by Arlene Milne at the organ and Ann Garbett, chorister. The opening prayer was given by Eldon Lovell. Speakers for the evening were Dwain Garbett, Mr. and Mrs. George Castleton; Norma Jameson ployed an organ solo. Other speakers were Carol Davis and Bishop Bartschi. The benediction was by David Garbett, Jr. Methodist Church Sunday evening services at the Eureka Methodist Church will be at 7 p.m. with Rev. Nicholson conducting. Sunday School will be at the regular time, 10 a.m. St. Patrick's Church Mass New Years Day at St. Patricks Church will be at 9 a.m. Mass on Sunday will be at the regular time, 9 a.m. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Johnson of Green River, Wyoming, left Monday for California where they will spend the winter months. They spent the Christmas holidays here with Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Butler and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Randle and family. Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Griggs and Ronald spent a day in Salt Lake City last week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bauer and family and Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Peterson and family. Former Tintic Tintic High School Auditorium filled resident dies Mrs. Blanche Stewart Riding, 70, died of causes incident to age Wednesday, December 22, 1965, in a Payson hospital. She was a former resident of Mammoth. She married Melvin H. Rid- ing June 15, 1911, in Provo. They lived in Mammoth for several years following their marriage. She was active in LDS Primary and Sunday School in Benjamin and an active member of the Relief Society. She was a member of the daughters of Utah Pioneers. Surviving are her husband, sons, daughters, J. Scott, Los Angeles; Melvin J., LaCohn, Los Angeles; Mrs. Ed (Mary) McClain, Mrs. Wallace (Helen) Peterson, all of Salt Lake City; 24 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, three sisters and one brother. Funeral services were held Saturday ip Benjamin Ward Chapel. Burial was in Benjamin City Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. James Toonc, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Rose of Mammoth were in Benjamin attending the services. Anderson and his son, Jim, returned home on Thursday from Galva, Iowa, where they were called by the death of Mr. Andersons mother, Mrs. to capacity for annual operetta The Tintic High School Auditorium was filled to capacity Tuesday evening of last week when the Tintic Elementary School students staged their annual Christmas operetta. All the youngsters participating did a fine job and the audience was an appreciative one as the youngsters sang and danced their way throughout the operetta. The applause was most satisfying to those in charge of the entertainment. The costumes were colorful and the finale presented a riot of color, which must have satisfied the most critical observer. Credit for the operetta goes to the elementary teachers, the John Anderson. Holiday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James McNeil were her mother, Mrs. Marie Berry of Mapleton; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Foulger and two children of Salt Lake; and Mrs. Mont Brown and family of Payson.
