Mrs. Martha Burton was in Richfield last Friday attending a nurses staff meeting. Mr .and Mrs. Ronald Bird and small son, Gregory of Inglewood, Calif., are spending their vacation here with their parents, Mr .and Mrs. Lee Bird Mrs. Larry Regis and children of Price, spent last week here with her parents, Mr. and and Mr. and Mrs. William Pax-maMrs. Bird is the former Maxine Paxman. n. Mr. and Mrs. V. L. Anderson returned home Friday, after a ten-da- y vacation trip to Iowa, where they visited with their parents. They spent time in Galva, Iowa, with his mother, Mrs. John A. Anderson, and in July 2, 1965 Storm Lake with her mother, Mrs. Frank Wieland. They re- port delightful weather during the entire trip. Guests last Friday at the Dean Rose home in Mammoth, were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Fry- er and children of Seattle, Wash., and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Fryer of Los Angeles. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Mecham of Blackfoot, Idaho, and Mr. and Mrs. George Berryman of Salt Lake were back in town last Saturday visiting with Mrs. Myrtle Theriault, and Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Bamble and Ethel Morley. They are former residents of Eureka. Mrs. Mecham will be remembered as the former Pearl Berryman. As you can see, Field Day was a day of fun for employees and their families. Children competed in races for prizes. Fun. Adults competed in special events for prizes. Fun. Everybody played bingo for prizes. Fun. Screams of delight from those using free tickets for amusement rides. Fun. Enormous quantities of food, ice cream, candy and soda pop were consumed, j Fun. Field Day was a great day for fun. It was also a great opportunity for strengthening the ties of friendship of the copper production team that makes Kennecott Utahs foremost industry.
