Show Geologists Flock to Sanpete A greatly expanded summer program in geology will have its headquarters on the Snow College campus this summer And the first contingent of faculty students and family members who will participate in the program is scheduled to arrive Saturday This group will include geology geology geo gee logy majors from Ohio State and several other institutions who will enroll in a field training training training train train- ing course They will be followed a week later by 25 high school general science instructors from schools throughout the United States who have been selected to take a summer institute institute in- in in geology and the nature na na- ture of science The training course has operated from the Snow Campus Cam Cam- pus since 1947 but the summer summer sum- sum mer institute provided by a agrant agrant grant from the National Science Foundation is new new this year Dr Edmund M. M Spieker Ohio State University research research re- re search professor of geology who will again head up the summer program said that in all about 80 people will be involved this summer Associate director will be Dr Sidney E E.
