Show July 6, 1962 THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER Home rites unite Colleen Garbett, Soda rn tend congratulations and best Wishes to the young couple. foiiowed the recep- - I Kenneth Taylor; open house held BOss Colleen Garbett recited wedding vows with Kenneth Taylor in a pretty home ceremony solemnized last Saturday evening at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Clara Garbett Mr. and Mrs. Mark Taylor are parents of the groom. The ceremony was performed at 6 p.m. by Bishop Ronald Thomas of the Eureka LDS Church. The bride was attractive in h her gown of nylon net and Chantilly lace. Alternating small ruffles of lace and net formed the skirt. The fitted bodice featured a jewel trimmed neckline, long sleeves pointed at the wrist, trimmed with small covered buttons. Her finger-ti- p veil edged in lace, was held with a Juliet lace cap, sequin trimmed, and she carried 'a bouquet of pink and white carnations with cascading satin streamers. Mrs. Garbett selected a green and white polka dot dacron dress and the mother of the groom chose a blue lace gown, both added corsages of pink and white split carnations. Immediately following the nuptials a buffet supper was served to the wedding party, the immediate family and a few close friends. Later in the evening the newlyweds were further honored at an open house in the Memorial Building. A beautiful wedding cake centered the brides table, and a profusion of summer flowers were used in decorating the dining room. About 125 friends . The young couple are graduates of Tintlc High School. The groom is employed at the Dug-wa- y Proving Grounds. After a honeymoon spent at Fish Lake, they will make a home in Eureka. relatives here for the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Jorgensen, Mr. St Mrs. Stanley Jorgensen Jr., Provo; Frank Snell.
