While the wegther was terrible all th time he was at the convention and a terrific storm covered the United States during his coming and going, he reports a most successful convention. Every state in the union and many foreign countries sent delegates to swell the registration to a figure in an excess of 20,700. All the leading manufacturers set up displays to show the educators the very latest in educational equipment and many national figures addressed the general sessions. OES Chapter makes Cancer bandages Members of Tintic Chapter No. 18, OES, met Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. Alex Blight They spent the evening sewing on cancer bandages for the Cancer Center in Salt Lake City. After the sewing session, Mrs. Blight served' refreshments to Patricia Brady, Agnes Anderson, Elysabeth Frank Marion Nash, Rowena Hanks and LaVon Ryan. Modern Mrs.club enjoys bridge Mrs. Darrell Franks was hostess to the Modem Mrs.' Club at her home Tuesday evening. Bridge was the evening's diversion and high score was won by Mrs. Frank McCabe; other prizes by Mrs. Ray and Mrs. Curtis Butler.
