Show Former Residents Meet Socially Bingo and 500 Enjoyed by MUA President Virginia Bradford presided at the meeting of the Miners Union Auxiliary held Wednesday evening. Following the regular business meeting, a social hour was enjoyed and Bingo and 500 were played with Mildred Davis winning one prize and Myre tle Rowley the other. Mrs.. Eden won the house prize. Delicious refreshments were served by the hostesses, Mrs. Elva Webb and Mrs. Jewel McNeil. La-Ra- Badertscher Home Scene of Club Party Badertscher was hostess to the Bridge Club at her home Wednesday evening Mrs. Ray of last week. At the conclusion of the card games delicious lunch was served to. the members, Mrs. Frank McCabe, Mrs. Darrell Franks, Mrs. Curtis Butler, Mrs. Gerald Drussell, Mrs. Ted Johnson, Mrs. Joe Bernini and Mrs. Lynn Brady. Prizes were won by Mrs. Butler, Mrs. McCabe and Mrs. Brady. Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Steele McIntyre in Mammoth were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Swensen, and her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Boyer and family of Pleasant Grove. Bishop and Mrs. Lee Bird were in Salt Lake last Friday, where they combined business and pleasure. They also visited with Mrs. Carl Sandstrom, who was confined to the LDS hospital. Miss Gertie Ann Hannifin spent Monday in Salt Lake combining business and pleasure. While in the city she vi- sited with her grandmother, Mrs. Margaret Hannifin, and other relatives. Air. and Airs. Robert Watt left Monday for Dallas, Texas, where they will attend a Cattlemens Convention. Rebekahs Hold al Columbia Rebekah Lodge No. 2 met last Thursday in (?rih The Nomad 500 Club has been reorganized in Globe, Arizona, and the first meeting was held last Wednesday, Jan. 20 at the Business and Professional Women's building. A tasty luncheon was served preceding the card playing and prizes were won by Mrs. Wanda Van Leuven and Mrs. Blanch Heath. Mrs. Ada Hales was hostess for the meeting. Members of the club are the wives of Centennial employees who are residing in Globe at the present time. The little boy was born Sunday, Jan. 17, and was a special birthday gift for grandmother, Mrs. Alonzo Sandstrom, since the welcome little fellow arrived on her birthday. Members of Tintic Masonic Lodge No. 9, in Salt Lake on Monday and Tuesday attending the sessions of the Masonic Grand Lodge were Floyd Nash, W. T. Riley, Norval Palmer, Reed Horton, Elmer Wester-lunand Alex Blight. d, Mr. Blight was ted an officer of the Grand Lodge for the coming year. Eureka Meet Tintic Lodge No. 711, BPOE were hosts last Thursday to Salt Lake Lodge No. 85. The wives of the Salt Lake Club accompanied them to Eureka and were entertained during the time the menfolk were attending the meeting. The Ladies of Elks held their meeting in the lounge at the clubrooms with president of the Tintic organization, Mrs. Lynn Brady in charge. Bingo and visiting was enjoyed.
