At the conclusion of the card games, the hostess served a delicious lunch to the following members: Mrs. Frank McCabe, Mrs. Lynn Brady, Mrs. Ray Badertscher, Mrs. Ted Johnson, Mrs. Gerald Drusell, Mrs Paul Hansen, Mrs. J. A. Bernini and Mrs. Curtis Butler. Prizes were won by Mrs. McCabe, Mrs. Brady and Mrs. Couple Honored At Church Party Mr. and Mrs. Russell Maddox, newlyweds of the month, were honored last Saturday night at a party at the Methodist Church. Mr. Maddox has been serving as paster of the local church fcr the past several Badertscher. months. A short program was presented as follows: Opening prayer, Mrs. Vem Nevers; two vocal solos, Mrs. Maury Newman (Bonnie Ryan); a piano solo, Mrs. Curtis Butler; and a vocal duet by Gloria Allinson and Sandra Butler. Folowing the program games and refreshments were enjoyed. A lovely wedding cake was the centerpiece for the table, and the guests of honor were presented with a beautiful gift from the church members and the Womens Society of Christian Service. Mrs. Nevers presented the gift to the newly- Pilot union condemns altime- - weds. All those attending report a most enjoyable evening. Bridge Club Meets At Sanderson Home Mrs. Oris Sanderson entertained the Bridge club at her home last Thursday evening. Following the card games, a tasty lunch was served to members, Mrs. Elmo Boswell, Mrs. Leland Sanderson, Mrs. Gerald Mrs. Ned Allinson, Drussell, Mrs. Martin Fennell, Mrs. Tom Judge, Mrs. Robert Fife and Mrs. Henry Wall.
