Those' attending were Mrs. Melvin Hansen, Mrs. James Toone, Mrs. Clarence Rostrom, Mrs. Billy Dean, Mrs. Harold Sorensen, Mrs. Marie Berry, Mrs. Oscar Erickson and Mrs. Chriss Sorensen. Prizes were won by Mrs. Mrs. Hansen, Mrs. Rostrom, Dean and Mrs. Chriss Sorensen. After the games a lunch was served. OES Conducts Regular Meet Tintic Chapter No. 18, OES, met in regular session Monday evening with Worthy Matron Agnes Anderson presiding assisted by Worthy Patron Leonard Ryan. After routines business refreshments were served by Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Ryan, hosts. Eighth Birthday Calls for Party Mrs. Charles Warren honor- - ed her young son Danny at a birthday party last Wednesday on his eighth anniversary. Dan- ny's classmates and a few extra friends spent an afternoon playing games and enjoying a party lunch with a lovely birthday cake as center of attraction. Guests were Wendy Wilde, Kim Pannell, Craig Colovich, Carol Ann Stapley, Launa Lee Allinson, Mike Drussell, Pauline Hansen, Pam McIntyre, Edward Fitch, Bruce Rusby, Janette Brady, Marelo Bogdan, Tommy Russell and Leslie Eastwood. Bruce Rusby and Marelo Bogdan were prize winners in the game contests. Wednesday was also the birthday of another member of the Warren family, young son, Jay Dee, wlio celebrated his first anniversary. Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rostrom were dinner guests in the evening and Jay Dee had a birthday cake all his own which he shared with his family. Friday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Phipps were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Christensen and Mrs. Lila Christensen of Heber. Pep Club Girls Don Flashy Blue Uniforms Mrs. Robert7 Fife entertained members of her card club at her home Thursday evening. Bridge furnished the diversion with Mrs. Ned Allinson, Mrs. Gerald Drussell and Mrs. tin Fennell winning prizes. After cards the hostess served lunch to those named and to Mrs. Tom Jfidge, Mrs. Henry Wall, Mrs. Elmo Boswell, Mrs. Orris Sanderson and Mrs. Sanderson. Le-la- The Tintic High Pep Club is sporting some very outfits this year. They are fashioned of royal blue corduroy, accentuated 'by elbow-lengwhite cuffs and a rounded collar. Soft pleats at the waistline and double bodice add Smartness to the dress. Members report they have some clever ideas for floor shows and hope townspeople will come out to the games to see them. Rebekahs Hold Business, Social Columbia Rebekah Lodge No. 2 met in regular session last Thursday evening with Noble Grand Nellie Laird conducting. After business an evening of cards was enjoyed with prizes won by Mrs. Mathina Dalton, and Ethel Brenton. The entertainment committee composed of Lova Jones and Helen Laird served a tasty lunch at the conclusion of the Ladles of Elks Conduct Meeting Ladies of Elks met Thursday evening in the lodge rooms. President Cleo Judge presided at the business session after which plans were completed for the annual party to be given Saturday, January 31. Bridge prizes were won by Mrs. J. A. Bernini, Mrs. Howard Fields and Mrs. Heber Cushing. In conclusion a tasty lunch was served by Mrs. Paul Hansen, hostess for the meeting. Friends Make Up Birthday Party A group of friends dropped in on Mrs. D. J. Sullivan last Thursday evening and helped her celebrate her birthday.
