Ekker, who homesteaded the Ekker lunches in west Tintic 40 miles west of Eureka. died Saturday at 4 p. in., at the ranch of causes incident to age. Born June 25. 1862, at Birmingham, England, she had resided for the past 50 years in west Tintic valley. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Madsen of Salt Luke Ejizabc-tCity; two daughters. Herman and Richard Ekker of Ekker's ranch; 21 grandchildren, and eight greatgrandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the L. D. S. church in Eureka with Bishop Clarence G. Hogan officiating. Interment was in the Eureka cemetery. Ralph Edward Stewart passed away at his home in Eureka Tuesday morning after an illness of 2 years, death was due to n heart ailment from which he has suffered since June. He was born December 13, 1906 in Minnersville Utah and has bi'cn a resident of Kuivka for the past fifteen years and has followed mining as an occupation. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ellen Fox of Minnersville, a sister, Mrs. Jack Miller of Erda, Utah, a brother Lcland Stewart of Tooele, His father, Elbert Stewart died last week at Tooele.
