Although they face troubled times, uncertainty and a questionable Job market, there seemed to be an atmosphere of optimism and enthu-sia- m which prevailed among the graduating classes. It would appear to us that although the seniors do face problems they also understand that they stand on the thresh-hol- d of the greatest age our world has ever known. Techand advancement is nology moving at a more rapid pace than ever before, and it will take keen minds and alert young people to keep the ball rolling. Despite the trend toward "far out" behavior on the part of some young people in our nation, we would have to make the observation that this year's class here in graduating Duchesne included County possibly the most advanced group of students ever to complete high school. This is not unusual, however. It seems We would that this happens every year. That is each succeeding class benefits by the experience of those going before them, and they accept the challenge to reach even higher plateaus. We would also like to of the students all congratulate of the area on their conduct during the closing weeks of school.
