Speakers at Sacrament meeting Sunday evening were LaRue Hansen, Gayla Grandy, and Norma Bale. Carol Helqulst was released as Relief Society secretary and Colleen Thacker was sustained. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Pike were In Salt Lake on business last week. The sixth grade and several parents of the Whlterocks school were taken by bus to the State Fair last week. They enjoyed the Ice Follies at the Salt Palace before returning home. --JoBolton, Leann Thompson, Becky Kurlp, Zane and Wade Ridley, Sonny Cess-pooc- h, Gary Black, Albert Cornpeach, Marcus Mart, Debra Hoopes and Lana Wopsock joined with other 7th graders from West Jr. high on a trip to the State Fair last week also. A PTA meeting was held last Thursday evening at the Whlterocks gym. Newly elected officers were Lupe Duncan, president; Reed Goodrich, vice president with Verna Hoopes secretary. Afterwards taking her on a drive to see the surrounding countryside. Mrs. Still Is a new resident here from Salt Lake and lives with her daughter. Gall Lo ranger Is the new relief bus driver for this area. Mr. and Mrs. Hank Swain entertained the Birthday club Wednesday evening at a steak dinner honoring Mrs. Max Nelson on her birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Anderton accompanied Chalmer and Lorraine Workman to Salt Lake Monday to see their new great ' granddaughter and visit with some of her other children. - -- Company at the James Powell home over the weekend were Carla Nelson.
