Joseph graduated In 1966 from Union high at Roosevelt and attended one year at Dixie College In St. George. He filled a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ Saints. He was called to of Latter-Da- y the California North Mission while serving the mission was divided and he finished serving In the California Central Mission.
