Mrs. Reynolds has served previously as chairman. Mrs. Reynolds sas that the Heart Association conducts Its annual Heart Fund drive each February. During this month both the businesses and homes will be contacted for coutriliutions by Heart Fund volunteers. Mrs. Reynolds announced that currently there are 11 researchers in Utah being supported by Heart Fund dollars involving some $107,000 In research grants. According to Mrs. Reynolds, the Heart Association will conduct a state-wid- e educational program on the warning symptoms of heart attack. She noted that thousands of Americans die each year from heart attacks liecause they don't know the warning signs and wait too long to get medical care. "An Important part of this mass educational program will be leaving leaflets explaining the warning signs at each home by the Heart Fund volunteer," Mrs. Reynolds said. Knight officiated In the double ring ceremony at St. Edwards Catholic Church. The young couple was honored at a reception at the Dana Point Community house that afternoon. For her wedding and reception the bride wore a full length white brocade gown with a small train. Her knee length veil was held by a headpiece of a white rose and petals, she wore ear rings of pearl clusters and carried a bouquet of white roses and one orchid with white streamers. Miss Laurie Farnsworth was maid of honor with Kris Farnsworth as bridesmaid. They wore turquoise belted empire waisted brocade gowns with matching shoes and matching fabric net headpieces. Each carried a bouquet of pink roses and carnations. Parents of the young couple are Mr. and Mrs. P. C. Farnsworth, Dana Point, Calif.; and Mr. and Mrs. William E. Alllgood, Washington N. C. Kenneth M. Meyers of San Clemente, Calif., performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Michael T. Hedlan, Jimmy Miller and Dan McDanlels. Candy Gammell was at the guest book, Mrs. Carol Meyers and Mrs. Diane Hed-lawere in charge of gifts. Mrs. Jackie Erwin and Mrs. Jackie Ludlum were in charge of serving. The mother of the bride wore a green and beige suit with a corsage of pink and white carnations and the mother of the groom wore a beige knit suit with a similar corsage. Baskets of pink and white carnations with blue and white streamers were used in the reception hall. The bride graduated from SCITs in 19G9 and the Lawton School of Dental Assis- ington high school in North Carolina, U. S. M. C. Electronics Technicians school. He Is a Sgt. in the Marine Corp at San Mateo. They spent their honeymoon at Mt. Home Utah and are now making their home at San Clemente, Calif. Acacia Club meets Mrs. J. D.
