NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UTE FISH AND GAME BOARD that by virtue of authority granted by the Uintah and Ouray Tribal Business Committee under Ordinance dated October B, 1950, approved by the Secretary of Interior, that it hereby declares and proclaims the following rules and regulations which shall be in full force and effect April 15, 1968, through April 14, 1969, unless otherwise specified, subject to change, however, by the Ute Fish and Game Board. Mr. Loryn Ross and children Wayne and Sharlyn accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Kent Denver went to Salt Lake last week to visit Mrs. Ross who is confined to the IDS hospital. They report she is improving. Mr. and Mrs. James Duke and family went to Provo to visit relatives during the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Lanny Ross moved their trailer home from Roosevelt and are now residing on the Marion Ross ranch on South Myton Bench. Sunday April 7, services will be conducted at the Myton Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. by Miss Martha Jean Turner pastor of Westminster College in Salt Lake. A cordial Invitation is extended to all. It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take game fish by any means other than angling. Angling shall mean fishing with one rod, pole or troll board, held in the hands of or attended by the person angling. Angling is permitted with any bait except game fish or parts thereof and live fish. Angling is permitted with an one mechanical lure except no lure shall have more than three gang hooks or two artificial flies. Carp and suckers may be taken for personal, noncommercial use from waters open to angling by angling andor any other method or means EXCEPT gill nets, trammel nets, trawl nets, hoop nets, fyke nets, electrical devices, chemicals, explosives, or firearms. PERMITS: of the Ute Indian Tribe, 12 years of age and over shall be required to purchase a fishing permit from the Ute Indian Tribe in order to angle in any waters lying within the trust land of the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation or lands under the jurisdiction of the Ute Indian Tribe. All of the Ute Indian Tribe must have both the Ute Tribal Fishing Permit and the State of Utah Fishing License on his person in order to angle upon the trust land of the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation, provided, that the daily bag and possession limit for children, eleven years of age and ui der, shall be four (41 fish regardless of weight, size or species, except for Lake Trout, the daily bag or possession limit of which is two (2). rs BOATS: Midview' reservoir Tre-mont- on son-in-la- w, ) u. Pipe. 22,800 feet of 6" A. Pipe, 101,500 feet of 4 PVC Pipe, 33,400 feet of 3" PVC Pipe, 11,100 ft. of 2V" PVC Pipe, 54,000 feet of 2" PVC Pipe and PVC 22,100 feet of Pipe.
